How to use remote support

To receive assistance in resolving issues that you find difficult to resolve on your own, you can use the remote support mode - an employee of NTF "Intes" will connect to your computer and perform the necessary actions to resolve the problem.

To use the remote support option:

- QDPro version 21.35 and above.

Launch the QDPro program and open the list of declarations. Select the top menu Settings.

If the dedicated support has not been installed before, you must select the "Install..." item.

If you previously worked with an old version of remote support, you need to update it by selecting "Update..."

- Or you need to "download" and then run the installation program of the remote support module TeamviewerQDPro.msi from our website.
Follow the instructions of the TeamviewerQDPro-support installation wizard.

Note: We recommend closing QDPro before installing the program on your computer.

Click the Next button.

Then click the Install button.

After installing the program, launch the QDPro program and in the declaration list mode, select the option as shown in the figure.

When you select this option, the remote access module will be launched directly from the program. (Launch occurs with some delay due to the need to "setup" the program).

To connect to your desktop, tell the Intes employee the following session code. Under the word "Session code", you will have an alphanumeric code in the format SXX-XXX-XXX, where XX-XXX-XXX are the numbers that the program will generate for you and you must tell the Intes employee.

After that, an employee of the Intes company will connect to your desktop, which the program will inform you about.

You must click on the "Allow" button. Without your consent, an employee of the Intes company will not be able to connect to you.

If the QDPro program does not start for some reason, you can use the remote support module by directly launching the TeamViewerQS_ru-idc6wb78ha.exe program, which is located in the same folder as QDPro.

Further steps after launching the program directly from the folder are completely identical to those described above.
